Onduline provides green corrugated roof sheets to primary school

~~WWII comes to Rotherhithe Primary School
On 2 February 2017 children from Rotherhithe Primary School reconstructed a WWII air raid shelter as part of their studies of the Second World War.

The children created posters, filled sandbags and made a fake unexploded bomb - all part of setting the scene.
The shelter itself was created by transforming an existing storage shed by cladding it with Onduline corrugated sheeting and then placing sand bags around the base. To finish off the effect, copies of actual WWII posters were stuck to the sides of the building.

A message from the school;
Dear Supplier,
I would like to extend a huge thank you on behalf of Rotherhithe Primary School for supporting their year 6 project on WW2.
The children had a great time building and revamping the shed and converting it to an air raid shelter and other “special effects”.
